Job Summary: The successful candidate will perform the following role: Understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, and knows how to sell against them. Search for new potential accounts, conduct appropriate meetings, negotiations. Generate proper proposals and contracts. Responsible for key account management, ensuring revenue maximization and increasing fair market share versus competitor set. Responsible for timely performing clients’ follow-up calls in order to maintain permanent touch with existed accounts. Work with objections. Requirements: Strong knowledges in Sales strategy, excellent understanding of Sales management. Practical experience in active Sales Activity: calls, negotiations, meetings, follow-up, etc. Excellent communication and organization skills. Problem solving skills. Team-playing with optimistic attitude. Candidate Profile: Higher College Education (University) and/or High School Diploma. Previous experience in Sales in a local or international companies preferred. Excellent skills in oral and written of the English and Russian language. Additional language knowledge will be beneficial. Outgoing personality and analytical skills. Handle pressure and time frame. Display confidence when selling product and speaking to guests.
