Oxagile, a leading-edge full-cycle custom software development company, is looking for a proactive, experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to attain a pipeline of new customers, aligned with Oxagile target market identification. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in building strong relationships with new and ongoing strategic customers. You will be responsible for identifying, winning and maintaining long-term customers. Responsibilities: Presenting and contributing to strategies and solutions for complex business problems derived from solid knowledge of the client’s objectives and Oxagile core competencies. Pitching proposals, evaluating and assessing opportunities, closing/signing deals. Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about customer needs, behavior and business transformation. Identifying new business opportunities. Leveraging engagement frameworks that help to lead both clients and Oxagile to win-win and success by monitoring, reviewing and updating selling strategies that derive from and become fully compliant with identified and shared buyer journey. Building, developing, maintaining and cultivating relationships between the client (throughout the customer life cycle), internal teams as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within a set portfolio and pipeline. Holding balance between business and technology for smooth collaboration, transparent roadmaps and strategies compilation, setting clear expectations according to client-centric approach. Staying abreast of steady and emerging trends to improve client's business, empower initiatives, resolve challenges and lead to client's global success. Managing and organizing transparency with delivery/project/program management for successful project launch and delivery based on effective IT practices. Skillset: Good knowledge of business principles, knowledge in target verticals and technologies, consultancy expertise. Outstanding sales and relationship building skills. Entrepreneurial by nature with a strong sense of ownership, financial literacy. Native/Fluent English and perfect communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel regularly, meet prospects/customers face to face, participate in direct marketing activities. Good understanding of software development and project management process. Leadership skills: Strategic thinking. Goal orientation. High level of empathy. Flexibility & consistency. Understanding of business at all levels, including financial aspects. Ability to develop and maintain transparent trust-based relationships. Innovative and creative problem-solving ability. High level of integrity in all dealings.
