Currently we are growing in Belarus and Ukraine and looking for Senior IT Recruiter to our Recruitment Team. If you are interested to make an impact on things that matter - feel free to drop us a line if you want to jump in! Note: Hiring according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus. Key requirements: Hands-on technical recruiting experience minimum of 5 years. English level (B2 or higher). Analytical thinking, KPI driven. Strong communication skills, good negotiator, hands-on person. Live, energetic self-starter. Responsibility, independence, honesty. Professional in conducting structured interviews and closing Senior IT positions. Team player. Adequate assessment of yourself and your abilities. Result orientation (performance). The successful candidate is an experienced professional who is capable to build Candidates pipe line and procedures almost from scratch and bring systematic recruitment approaches, who able to self-closing at least 12 Senior positions per quarter (candidates started work). Will be a plus: Experience working with US, UK, EU based stakeholders. Strong sales skills will be a plus (active listening, asking open questions, SPIN technique, 5-step model etc.). IT Recruiting experience 7+ years. Responsibilities: Ensure meeting recruiting targets for the region (annual and quarterly). Preparation of requirements for the vacancies. Search for candidates who meet the requirements. Assessment of the professionalism and personal qualities of candidates. Control of the timely entry to work of the selected candidates. Maintain at least 4-7 vacancies at the same time. Support effective cooperation with the tech leaders, hiring managers and key stakeholders involved in work process. Develop and execute employer branding and sourcing strategy for RITS CENTER in CIS. Develop effective talent acquisition process based on company targets and priorities. Work with internal Recruitment CRM system. Effective cooperation with the Recruitment Manager. Interaction with a team from different locations. Build and manage effective talent acquisition function for particular project (possible after a year of successful work in the company, if interesting). Achieve key recruiting KPIs. Reporting to Recruitment Manager (Belarus & Ukraine). Conditions: Competitive salary with depends on your experience & results. Professional development in a stable and successful company.
