PSA Development Center, a US owned company, is looking for Pre-Sales Specialist (Outbound Lead Generation) for its product division. Do you remember that dramatic moment in the Lord of the Rings trilogy when Gandalf tells the Monster 'You shall not pass?' Check this out, we have our own product in cybersecurity field called NoPass, which is a simple and secure passwordless multifactor authentication saying the same to cyber criminals ( Easy log in with 3FA but without a password makes senseless for cyber criminals hunting down individual's credentials because there is just nothing to steal ;) In addition, eliminating the creation of tricky passwords and keeping an infrastructure invulnerable, NoPass is a pain killer both for an end-user and enterprise information security department. Pre-Sales Specialist will be identifying prospects, reaching out to qualify and warm them up, and schedule demo meetings for qualified ones with US sales team. This will involve LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and calling. We have all the tools in place to make you the best supplier of the best leads to US closers and let you share their success. We operate in the US market thus all communications will be in English. Responsibilities: Contact prospects daily via email, phone, and other various forms of outreach; Direct calling to clients; Prospect identification within social media such as LinkedIn; Prospect identification using online database; Active search and attraction of potential clients; Initial contact with potential clients on social networks (such as LinkedIn), via email, phone and formal letters and follow-up on status; Maintain email connections with prospective clients; Transition of prospective client to sales agent; Generation of new sales leads; Filling and updating data in a CRM system; Schedule meetings with clients and document meetings. What we expect from you: English level B2-C2; Fearless to cold calling; Ability to clearly articulate a message both in verbal and written communication; Strong interpersonal communication skills and understanding the basics of teamwork; A clear understanding and acceptance that the job is not only about chatting with prospects, but also filling in reports and following the process. What will be an advantage: Experience in lead generation or full-cycle sales in IT industry; Experience in SalesForce; Good knowledge of cybersecurity domain.
