We are looking for the Personal Assistant with good command of English and Italian ! Responsibilities:
Organizing meetings, scheduling events, and prioritizing directors calendar; Taking meeting notes; Execution of assignments given by manager; Deal with lots of small routine things; Collect and prepare analytical, informational, reference and other materials for the manager Organizing travel, including complex travel itineraries; Updating various spreadsheets and other general administrative duties as needed; Keeping files organized; Preparing and editing correspondence and reports; Prepare all the documents for specific purposes (opening bank-accounts and wallets); Communication with foreign banks, agents, reporting to the directors; Arrange travel trips and book hotels and flats for the directors and employees.
Bachelor degree ; Excellent planning and organizational skills; Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (English and Italian are a must ); Friendly personality with ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure; Positive attitude. Stress resistance Quick learner Professional appearance and manner;
