We make Hypercasual & Instant games, our top titles include Body Race, Fighting Stance, Foil Turning 3D, Pencil Rush 3D, VIP Guard, Сolor Galaxy and others with 200+ million downloads. Nowadays Flime team unites over 100 professionals, and we are always ready to welcome new members who will help us to achieve new goals. The company is based in London, Kyiv, Beijing, and Minsk. Responsibilities: Lead paid acquisition and retargeting efforts across all platforms to achieve volume, quality, and ROI goals; Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns with data and metrics and optimize accordingly; Develop innovative solutions; Monitor user behavior and LTV and provide regular reporting on results; Identify new partners, platforms, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance; Manage daily campaign spend and strategic relationships with key partners such as Facebook, TikTok Global, Adwords, and AppleSearchAds, make sure to be in line with targets; Keep up to date the latest UA strategies and technologies and assist in improving solution offerings. Requirements: 3+ years of driving performance media buys on paid social (FB, TikTok, Snapchat) and other networks; Ability to hire, develop and coach a high-performing team of professionals; Experience with managing budgets, reporting on results and predicting the future impact on business processes; Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns through experimentation; Experience with a hyper-casual games is a plus; Strong communicator, both written and verbal Strong analytical skills — able to understand variables and apply logic to new problems High competency in Excel (or Tableau) High analytical skills with attention to details; Great communication skills, team-player; Results-oriented — takes ownership of failures and communicates learnings to the rest of the team.
