The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes. Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the Global HR Team, your role will be to foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures on location, run smoothly at all times. Your main responsibilities will include developing compensation and benefits packages, maintaining employee records, and onboarding new employees. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of HR processes and employee relations. Responsibilities:
Implement and communicate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures Assist the HR Manager and work closely with the Recruiters team on new positions based on Company’s hiring needs Manage onboarding and offboarding process Manage and implement welfare activities Assist and implement training and development plans Assist with the quarterly and annual employee performance reviews Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status Manage Medical insurance programs Track department budgets Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field Excellent knowledge of English Language both spoken and written A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role Good understanding of the full spectrum of HR processes Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Solid problem-solving and team management abilities
